Vision
To provide applied behavior analysis services to families and individuals seeking ABA services with the dignity, quality, and respect demanded by all society members, utilizing best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis. To honor our clients’ contributions to the community while maintaining sensitivity to individual needs and striving for our clients to achieve maximum potential and enhance their wellbeing.
PEDEREC INC. is the brainchild of a group of individuals who believe in committing their expertise and resources to help build resilient communities and make a difference in improving community well-being. Since 2013, we have supported our community members in various ways and measured our success not by monetary size but by qualitative measurements such as the scale and effectiveness of our efforts and how such actions are improving our communities. No matter a community’s status, we have a firm conviction that we can each contribute to improving the lives of each family at a time.
Our ABA Therapy and Consultancy Services attempt to meet families’ needs by obtaining appropriate, practical services for children diagnosed with autism and related disorders and who need ABA Therapy and other services. Pederec Inc. strives to improve lives, one family at a time. While providing to underserved populations of adults and children with Autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities, Pederec Inc. facilitates community engagement and empowers those impacted to become independent, supported, and contributing members while understanding those contributions to be imperative to an inclusive society. In working with individuals and families through the evidence-based principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, our dedicated team maintains a shared priority of collaboratively and creatively meeting the needs of the population we serve. Through enhanced research, our goal is to ensure that families can receive the best services possible by utilizing best practices in the field and following the guidelines of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and the Virginian Board of Medicine.
